ORDER PROCESS

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number if you don't receive this email please check your junk mail before getting in touch. 

We have a processing time of 2-5 business days, although it is usually on the shorter side. During holidays and/or sales, our processing time will be increased due to the increased volume of orders.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

All orders will be shipped out the next business day after being processed in which you will receive a confirmation email with your parcel tracking number. If you don't receive this email please check your junk mail before getting in touch. 

Please allow 1-3 working days to receive your parcel. 

Please ensure that all your delivery details are accurate, this can be difficult for us to amend once your order has been dispatched.  

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been picked up & left our base, it is now in the hands of CourierPost. We have no control on the whereabouts once it has left the base.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently only provide international shipping to the following countries:

Australia - Please allow 3-10 working days for the delivery of your parcel.

Please ensure that all your delivery details are accurate, this can be difficult for us to amend once your order has been dispatched. 

 

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES 

  • Please note that Mini Miro NZ is not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
  • All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
  • Please keep an eye on your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays, Mini Miro NZ is not responsible if you are not notified by your country’s postal authority.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTERED

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when making your order. If you think you have entered the incorrect address, please contact us ASAP via email at kiaora@minimiro.co.nz. If your tracking number is yet to be issued, we will aim to resolve this for you. If an order is cancelled after a tracking number is issued, a refund will be issued, minus the delivery fee applicable for shipping your order.

 

DISCLAIMER

The purchaser understands and accepts any claims for stolen, damaged and/or lost items will be filed with the shipping provider. 

The purchaser accepts they have provided the correct shipping details which cannot hold Mini Miro NZ accountable for any parcels, lost, stolen or damaged. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing & shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If your order is sent back to us due to non collection or incorrect delivery information you are required to pay the amount for us to re send it. If you decide to not have the products shipped back out we cannot offer you a refund.
